PKL has launched a new section on our website providing free downloads of catering equipment manuals.The pages include equipment manuals and operating instructions for items of commercial catering equipment, including commercial 6-burners, microwaves, dishwashers, combination ovens, bratt pans, industrial fridge/freezers and food preparation equipment.
The new section includes service and operating manuals for a number of commercial catering equipment manufacturers including Meiko, Falcon, Electrolux, Falcon, Williams Hobart and Angelo Po.
